What is EFT?

The Emotional Freedom Session aims to pinpoint all of the aspects of the problem one by one. Each aspect is then scored for its potency and the EFT sequence is applied. The EFT tapping sequence continues to be applied until each aspect is neutralised.
Application of the EFT sequence is performed by tapping with the fingers on various acupuncture points around the head, body and hands. The speed and strength of the tapping can be variable and is entirely about what suits the client best. It is through the repetition of the sequence that enables EFT to be easily learned.
The key to an effective EFT session is to focus on the specifics of the problem, no matter how seemingly small they may seem. If these small things hold an emotional charge or discomfort then they are part of the big picture. EFT neutralises these individual small parts one by one until the whole thing, no matter what it is, is gone and no longer holds any emotional charge.
Some adaptations of Emotional Freedom Technique encompass NLP methods and the two systems blend well together. The addition of the NLP methods generally enhances the speed of the EFT tapping results.
What can NLP be used for?
NLP can be applied to just about anything from the smallest of adjustments to massive life change. It cannot force change as it works hand in hand with your unconscious mind and so is safe and ethical and change comes at a pace that is right for you.
